I am honored to be involved in the creation and maintenance of Ron's website.  I have been a long time fan of Guiding Light, and it is exciting to be able to help one of its main players in this way.

When Ron first came on the scene in 1994 I knew there was something special about him.  He won this "Alan Spaulding" fan over immediately.  When I discovered that he was a vocalist and musical leading man, I could not wait to get my hands on his work, and I was not disappointed.

Meeting Ron at the 2006 Guiding Light Fan Club Luncheon was awesome.  When he asked if I was interested in making my fan site his official website, I of course was elated, but decided to start over and registered the domain name, and built this site for him. I had wanted to be able to do something like this for a while.

The 2007 GL Fan Club Weekend was even more wonderful, as I got to spend more time with Ron.  In addition, I got to meet many of his other fans who were in attendance, some who have become regular correspondents on mine.

During the 2008 Fan Club weekend festivities I got the chance to visit the Guiding Light sets at the CBS Studio in New York with Ron.  I can't tell you how much fun it was to visit the "Spaulding Study" with THE "Alan Spaulding"!  And what a thrill to be "in lock up at the Springfield PD" with one of Springfield's best known bad boys!  We also got to sit at the bar in Company with Ron.  I spent the day working Ron's autograph line again during the 08 Gathering and had a wonderful afternoon!

I want to thank Ron for allowing me to be a part of his team, and making me feel so comfortable.  As someone who has enjoyed TV, film, and music being able to to connected to someone like Ron is a great deal of fun and a dream come true.

I also need to thank the administration of the Derry Area School District, who sent me to my first course in Web Design in 1996, never dreaming where it would lead me.  Their support for the past 15 years has meant a lot to me, and I am proud to be a part of their team as well.  I was not surprised when the US News & Word Report named our High School one of the nation's best.
